INGREDIENTS
- 1½ cup plain flour
- 1 Tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tsp. baking soda
- ½ Tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup of sugar
- 80 gm. butter
- 2 cups chopped Zeijoas
DIRECTIONS
- Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; and set aside
- Melt butter and add to egg and sugar and mix well
- Add and mix in Zeijoas
- Gently fold in the dry ingredients
- Spoon into two, six-hole muffin tins
- Bake at 175˚C for 25-30 minutes
